Fees

We accept the following insurance towards payment for services:

As a team, we value and respect the time and commitment that you set aside to attend counseling appointments.  Our therapist also makes every effort to not have to unexpectedly change appointments without advanced notice.  We ask that you provide the mutual courtesy of respecting the time that has been set aside specifically for you.  Last minute cancellations have an impact to the support that is provided to you, other clients that we value supporting, and our therapist.

 

It is our policy that you contact our office within 24 hours of your appointment time if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. If you do not attend your appointment or cancel in less than 24 hours’ notice, a No Attendance/Late Cancellation fee of $100.00 may be charged for the missed appointment. This cost is not covered by insurance and will be your responsibility to pay prior to the next scheduled appointment.
