I have 4 years of experience serving adolescents and young adults in various community settings, navigating through a spectrum of challenges to foster resilience and growth. I have a profound passion for empowering individuals on their journey towards mental wellness. In addition to Person-Centered Therapy, I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) into my practice. These modalities provide practical tools and strategies to address specific concerns, whether it’s managing emotions, challenging negative thought patterns, or processing traumatic experiences.

My approach is holistic, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit in the healing process.
